Turning On/Off Forwarded Calls

Activating forwarded calls to your phone with your desk phone or in-app dialing:

1) Dial *15 to activate call forwarding

2) Dial *14 to turn on/off

Activating forwarded calls to your phone on the desktop app:

1) Open desktop app

2) Click "settings" icon > "general settings"

3) Below "your cellphone number" you will see the following:

4) Click the toggle highlighted above to turn call forwarding to your phone ON or OFF

5) Click "save settings"

Activating forwarded calls to your phone on the mobile app:

1) Open mobile app

2) Click "settings" icon > "general settings"

3) Below "selected caller ID" you will see the following:

4) Click the toggle highlighted above to turn forwarding to your phone ON or OFF

5) Click "save settings"
