RPBX App Contacts How To Add and Update

Individual contacts can be added through the following steps: 
  1. Going to the contacts tab
  2. Click the + icon:  
  3. Enter the desired information
  4. Save

 Bulk Uploads can be added through the following steps: 
  1. Hover over the phonebook at the top of the screen 
  2. Click the pencil icon
  3. Click the import contacts icon
  4. Upload an excel document or .CSV file
  5. Update any information as it presents itself after the upload
  6. Click "Import" to save

Editing fields in contacts can be done through the following steps: 
  1. Hover over the phonebook at the top of the screen 
  2. Click the pencil icon
  3. Click "select Contact Fields" 
  4. Checkmark all the fields you would like including in that phonebooks contacts 
  5. Click the back arrow once completed 
  6. The new fields should populate in green:
  7. Select "update" to save
