Reliable PBX Feature Codes

Forward Call to Cell While Ringing Desk phone
With this feature you can turn on call forwarding to a number and have it simultaneously ring your desk phone. To set the number you would like to forward to, Dial *14 followed by the phone number that want to receive the incoming calls - " *14[NUMBER] ".  

Please note: By default, the calls will ring first at your desk phone for 30 seconds, then it will ring at your cell phone. To set this up to ring simultaneously on your desk phone and cell phone, give us a call at (855)735-3600 or go to the settings page on the Reliable PBX App -> change "When Do You Want To Ring On Your Cell Phone" to"Together With My Desk Phone" -> and save. 


Forward Call to Cell Without Ringing Desk phone
When this feature is turned on, your desk phone won't ring when you receive a call. The call will be sent straight to the phone number you have set to receive your forwarded calls.
To enable this version of Call Forwarding dial *72 followed by the phone number that want to receive the incoming calls - " *72[NUMBER] ". You should hear a recording "Your phone is now forwarded". 


Toggle Call Forwarding On and Off
Call forwarding can be set up to transfer calls to your cell phone either with or without ringing your desk phone - as mentioned above.  To toggle this feature on and off without use of the Reliable PBX App, dial one of the following options: (1) If calls are forwarding while ringing your desk phone, dial " *15 " on your desk phone to forward/un-forward. (2) If calls are forwarding without ringing your desk phone, dial " *73 " on your desk phone to un-forward.


Go Straight To Voicemail 
With this feature you can get to someone in your company's voicemail without having their phone ring. Dial * followed by the extension who's voicemail you wish to reach - " *[EXT] ", using the extension number you wish to leave a voicemail on. You can also forward a call to a voicemail box directly with this method. 


Pickup Ringing Extension 
If a call rings on another phone, you can redirect the call to your own phone by pressing the BLF button. If your phone does not have programmed a BLF button for the ringing extension, you can dial * 2 followed by the ringing extension - " *2[EXT] ".


Intercom With Another Extension
To intercom with another extension, you can dial *3 followed by the extension - " *3[EXT] ". For example, *3103


Contact Reliable PBX
You can at anytime contact Reliable PBX by dialing *HELP - " *4357 ".


Report Bad Call 
If you experience a bad quality call, please report it to us by dialing *BAD CALL - " *2232255 ". You will hear an automated system where you will be able to rate the quality of your most recent call and it will share all of the information to us.


Blacklist Caller
You can blacklist the last person that called you by dialing *25.


Mask Caller ID
If you want to hide your Caller ID dial *67 followed by the number you're trying to call - " *67[NUMBER] ".  The words "Unknown" or "Private"  will appear on the recipients phone instead of your phone number.

#0 - Stop recording while on call
#1 - Start recording while on call
## - Server assisted blind Transfer
#* - Server assisted attended Transfer
*1 - Cancel the attended transfer
*2 - Complete the attended transfer, dropping out of the call
*3 - Complete the attended transfer, but stay in the call. This will turn the call into a multi-party bridge
*4 - Swap to the other party. Once an attended transfer has begun, this options may be used multiple times
