How to check if notifications are blocked in Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome.
Go to the Reliable PBX App website.
Click the icon to the left of the address bar. Depending on your version of Chrome, this could be a padlock icon or a slider icon that looks like this:

Look for "Notifications" in the dropdown menu.
- If it says "Blocked," notifications are turned off for this site.
- If it says "Allow," notifications are turned on for this site.
To change the notification settings, click on the "Blocked" or "Allow" option and select your preferred setting from the dropdown menu.
How to check if notifications are blocked in your computer's settings
For Windows:
Open Windows Settings.

Windows + I on your keyboard.
Navigate to "System" and then select "Notifications & actions".
Scroll down to the "Get notifications from these senders" section.
Find "Google Chrome" in the list.
Ensure that notifications are turned on. If it’s turned off, toggle the switch to turn it on.
For Macbook:
Open Macbook Settings.
Navigate to "Notifications."
Scroll down to Google Chrome.
Ensure that all notifications are turned on. If any are turned off, toggle the switch to turn them on.

Open Windows Settings.

Windows + I on your keyboard.
Navigate to "System" and then select "Notifications & actions".
Scroll down to the "Get notifications from these senders" section.
Find "Reliable PBX" in the list (or the name of the app if it’s different).
- Ensure that notifications are turned on. If it’s turned off, toggle the switch to turn it on.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- If you don't see the app listed under "Get notifications from these senders," make sure the app is installed and has been opened at least once.
- Ensure that "Focus assist" is turned off or configured to allow notifications from your apps. You can find "Focus assist" settings under Settings > System > Focus assist.
By following these steps, you can ensure that notifications are properly configured and not blocked for both Google Chrome and the Reliable PBX app.
