1) Log in to app.reliablepbx.com. Go to "Settings:" 

2) "Admin Settings:"

3) "User Roles:" 

4) "Add Custom Role:"

5) Label by extension number or name of user and fill as shown below:

6) Select "Users:" 

7) Click the pencil icon under "Action" next to the extension you will be assigning the role to:

8) Select Custom Role and Submit:
