Clickup Integration

1. Go to app.clickup.com/login
   
2. Once at the main screen click signup and create a account
   

      

1. Fill out the information required and click "Play with ClickUp"
   

      

1. Once Logged into ClickUp click on the "NEW SPACE" option
   

      

1. Title your space name and click "next"
   

      

1. Follow the rest of the prompts and choose what is best for your use of ClickUp
   
2. Once you are at the final page click "Create Space"

      

1. Right click on "List" and Left click on "create new" and select "Task"
   

      

1. Now name your task and click "Create Task"

      

1. Now log into the Reliable PBX app and go to the settings option                                                                
   
2. Now click on the "Intergrations" option

      

1. Now click on the "Authenticate" option for ClickUp
   

      

1. Now click on "Connect Workspace"
   

      

1. Now select the proper fields and click save
   

      

How to Send a Text with Clickup

1. Open the ticket
   

      

1. in the comments type "/reliable" + your message and press enter on your keyboard
   

      

How to Start a Message with a Client

1. Click on "+New Task"
   
2. Add a tag with the Customers number in it.
   
3. Open the Ticket
   
4. in the comments type "/reliable" + your message and press enter on your keyboard
